FAX REPORT
The dedicated fax line has been discontinued, due to a low volume of faxes received, and ever increasing rates from the phone company. If you need to send a fax, you can still do so by calling 262-593-8470. After my voice message, wait for a beep, then proceed with your fax. This new procedure should be working by the end of August.

PHONE REPORT
The Scarlet Letter no longer has an answering service. When you call 262-593-8470, I might answer, but if I don’t please leave a nice message, and I will return your call as soon as possible. Between filling orders, conjuring new designs, minding the sheep and the farm, I’m not often near a phone. You can leave an order on the Voice Mail. I am the only one who knows the secret code to access calls, so it’s very safe.

From August 30th until September 17th, I’m going to be away, but I promise to fill your orders promptly when I return. There will be someone here all the time that I am away, minding the animals and the farm, although not answering the phone. If you have urgent questions the best way to reach me is by email.
